Despite all of the stress and anxiety we had been feeling the last couple of days, we were super excited to begin our adventure! Our first glitch was starting in the wrong terminal, but once we figured out where Japan Airlines was we felt invincible. We board the flight, post the obligatory goodbye picture on Facebook...and then we were asked to get off the plane. Well that was a short trip! Luckily we're boarding in 15 minutes and should be in Tokyo around 4:00 am Chicago time. The airline offered snacks while we waited, but Nicki was shoved by all of the people. We did not get snacks.
